Welcome to Gâteaux Cakes & Pastries! We create unique cakes and pastries that serve as centerpieces and focal points for life's special occasions in Hendersonville, Asheville, Highlands, and the surrounding areas. Using fresh, quality ingredients, and a dash of Southern flair, our sweet treats are scratch-made and taste as wonderful as they look.

We are FULLY BOOKED for all CAKE orders until Wednesday, January 7th, HOLIDAY cookie, macarons, and coffee cakes are still available for pre-order. If you have a cake order you would like to place following this date, please fill out one of our inquiry forms under the menu tab, or call as during our production hours of 10-2 Wednesday-Saturday 828-513-1920. We are delighted to see you at the shop to place or pick-up orders, but no longer have items available for immediate purchase.

Cakes!
We love helping you with your special occasions, so please allow us enough time to make your cake special. During off season (Jan-March, July & August) two weeks is typically ample lead time. During wedding season we may need as much as 4 weeks for shop cakes, and 6 weeks for custom work.
